Tarnish is natural effect of sterling silver. But there are some circumstances which can cause sterling silver become tarnished faster. These circumstances are including contacting with agent such as salty air, perfume, skin cream, hairspray, sea water, sulphur in the air, medication excreted through skin and acidic skin ph. Weather condition such as hot and humid conditions also can cause your sterling silver to be tarnished.

Jewelries can be worn in many occasions but we recommend not wearing them when you take a shower, playing sport, and gardening or while sleeping to avoid possibilities of damaging your jewelries.

To protect your jewelry, please store your jewelry in the jewelry pouch which comes with the package. Please avoid storing your jewelry in the hot and humid condition.

Please avoid knocking your gemstones (diamonds, precious and semi-precious stones, and cubic zirconia) against hard materials which can cause abrasion and breakage of the gemstones.

Pearls must not come into contact with perfume, make-up and hairspray. These substances can damage pearls luster.

No, we do not use any gold plating in our jewelries. We only use 14k and 18k gold on our products.

We only use rhodium plating on our bag charm collections, which is made of brass and also on the nose and button of the Beawelry Bear doll.  Also we do use rhodium plating on the 18k white gold jewelries, which is a normal practice in the worldwide jewelry industry.

We apply rhodium plating to our bag charm collections, nose and button of the Beawelry Bear doll, and 18k white gold. Rhodium plating is generally use in the jewelry industry worldwide in order to give shining finish to the jewelry. However, it can wear off over time of usage which is normal effect of the rhodium plating. If this happen you can gets your jewelry rhodium platted again by arranging with us. We use VS clarity and GH color diamonds throughout the whole Beawelry’s jewelry collections. Diamond quality will be mentioned under each product information section.

We offer diamond certification from GIA (Gemological Institute of America) for a diamond weight above 0.30ct

Cubic Zirconia is also known as CZ. It is a synthesized (man-made) crystalline material that is colorless, hard and flawless. It is similar with a diamond in the aspect of brilliance and crystal clarity.
